1Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Your use is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

2Your content & copyright

The app is a music player and AI creation tool. You can play and organize the content in your library and create original music, artwork, and titles with AI.

• You are solely responsible for the content you add, access, or create through the app, and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
• Use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, to violate any third-party service's terms, or to break the law.
• If you believe content reachable through the app infringes your rights, contact us and we'll act on it promptly.

3AI-generated content

The generator turns your prompts into music, artwork, and titles. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the output, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. Output is provided as-is — we make no promises about its quality, originality, or fitness for any purpose.

4Subscriptions & billing

• Premium is offered as auto-renewing plans (such as weekly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime option, unlocking benefits like ad-free use and higher limits.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewing plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal charge applies within the 24 hours before that point.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

5Advertising

If you're not a subscriber, the app shows ads. By using the free version you agree to see them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.

7No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular content will stay available.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the app.

9Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
